Unusual caller

Have a guy on the phone now who has 2 cats named Sid and Nancy. He says they are crazy. Well gee, imagine that, if you give them those names. What do you expect? :p

Blah.

I'm still feeling a bit loopy from yesterday's exercise in Benadryl. I dunno why that stuff lasts so long on me. I took 1 teensy weensy pink pill yesterday morning around 7:30 after the medicine for my migraine was not working. Gave up, called in, popped pill, slept until 3 or 4 in the afternoon, got up, Chas took me to get something to eat since we have nothing much at home for lunch. The headache was mostly gone by that point...enough that I could open my eyes and keep them open in the sunlight. We ran a few errands, came home and eventually had dinner. Recycled leftovers very well if I say so. Anyhow, had a little trouble sleeping, but had no trouble waking up...felt refreshed, but a little dopey still. Maybe this is why I found the cat thing so amusing. And why I also forgot to grab a meal for my lunch this morning. I distinctly remember thinking about it; guess I never actually completed the task. But I survived it ok, with a little help from my friends.

Thanks, Kris, for the lj icons. I have already gotten a few compliments on the "I am a princess" one. One of these days I will get myself a paid account so i can store more...but these'll do for now. See you soon. Hugs to the kiddles for me.
