Go on you Northerners, heckle away.

It's a fair bit breezy outside right now. It is supposed to get down in the 40's tomorrow night. But that is COLD to most of us here where we spend half of the year in 80+ temperatures. Heck, I was shivering in my pants and sweater and hoodie tonight waiting for Chas to pick me up. It sure was windy then, but so much more now. It is allegedly 62 outside in the world according to yahoo. Yeah, I am a wimp. Will die of cold in Vancouver or Victoria when we get up there, and they've got mildest weather in Canada. They are in the low 30's tonight. Yowza!

It getes to the 40s here in the warm desert at night these days.

I FREEZE on my way to work in my gloves, scarf, jacket, and sweater on top of my outfit! I'm totally not mocking you, either.

I got some Performance Fleece, but looks like I will need to pick up the scarf, hat, and gloves sooner than I had thought. :P

It's been getting below FREEZING these days. I need more than that. I need, um, a heat bubble to get frm the house to the car and the parking garage to the office!

We're not there, but it is slowly getting cooler. Maybe I should keep some extra Thermacare pads around for the winter.

It's been pretty chilly here the last few days--serious fog enclosing the city for 3 days now so it's really damp out there.

Yeah, I have been watching your weather in contrast to ours. It is about 20-25F degrees cooler there, on average.

to me, anything below 60 is cold.

[identity profile] plunkybug.livejournal.com 2005-11-22 06:25 am (UTC)(link)
Yup. Though it depends on a few factors, like if the sun is out, or how windy it is. Dark and windy and above 60 is still cold here.
