Ha ha ha! CSI actually stands for Customer Self Install. When the customers get their dsl kits and have problems installing, they call CSI. Up till now, we have only done post install tech support (ie they have to have connected and browsed successfully with our service on that pc before we take the call). We are being trained to be "universal agents" so we can handle any call without having to pass to another department. And yes, the first half of the day we did not learn a thing. :)
I bought some Midol at work today, but did not want to mix with the frappuccino at the same time, or mix with the Aleve I had taken this morning. The frappuccino had enough caffeine in it already! :)
