Ok, I am really annoyed now. Earlier this month I put in a request for time off in late June, so that I could try to visit a dear friend. Except that I just checked the status of the request, and it says it was denied. The reason it says it was denied is that I have to request each day separately, instead of a group of days back to back. Bugger...what a pain. So, I went back and tried to request my tiny 3 days, this time...day by day, and now they aren't even showing up that I requested them today. Normally, it says "pending" for the status as soon as it is requested and until the request is approved or denied. I guess I will just have to check it later to see if it really went in the system. This is so frustrating...Argh!!!
