I am looking at Vancouver stuff again. Gotta keep Victoria in mind as it is smaller and less costly to live than Vancouver. Plus, it is a ferry boat and a few hours away. My major concern though is work, and public transportation...as Vancouver is bigger than Victoria, the number of jobs is greater as the public transportation system more thorough as well. We will just have to keep our eyes and ears open along with our hearts. Hopefully we will be able to get our tickets soon, and be able to experience the two cities for ourselves.

im from vancouver.
i just noticed you post in the city journal thing so i thought id check out your journal seeing as i was going to be going to florida for two months! anyways. move to vancouver. victoria is pretty and all. but its boring as hell. although only a 2 hour ferry ride away it is very detached from the mainland. i definatly reccommend it as a vacationing place, but sort of boring to live in. lots of retired people and such. but theres lots of very nice retaurants and stuff there. so theres pros and cons to victoria. i would preffer to stay here in Vancouver though!! anyways. just thought id drop you a line you seem neat!

What part of Vancouver are you in? When will you be in Florida, and where?
