plunkybugAnyone on my friends list (that is local) used a neti pot before? I am thinking seriously of trying it, but have my reservations. Ok, so I am scared of pouring salted water up my nose into my sinus cavities to treat my sinus and allergy issues. I would like to see if someone could help guide me through the process so I can get used to it better.
