Had a good day yesterday. Spent it with Chas, and then Glitter and her guy came over for dinner. I made them my "classic" Asian Flank Steak Stir-fry. Really, it is the asian flank steak from the Whole Foods deli, a package of Chinese stir fry veggies from the freezer case, and jasmine rice. I also got a few things from the Whole Foods deli last night, hopefully making healthy food more convenient and not as expensive.

Spent much of the afternoon today in the mall while Chas was at a client's house nearby. Oh why do I torture myself by spending a few hours in the mall when there are SO MANY SALES going on, and when I have to keep an eye on my expenses to save up for our trip? Damn the responsible side of me. I did buy some undies at Gap Body which *is* needed. I wanted a new bra there, but as it is new, it was $32...maybe later when they have a 2 for sale. Since I lost my ebay auction, I might go back and get a jacket I saw for $19.99 with an additional 30% off, though I like the one from AE better, but that one is more. But it was productive today.

In other vain news, I can't decide what to use my amazon gift certificate on. I want to get some things for our trip, but I want quite a bit of stuff, and I am not sure if I can get the less expensive stuff and be ok or not or how much beyond the gc limit I want to pay myself. I think I may pose some questions to my Van and Vic groups to help me decide.

Well, not a whole lot of substance here. Guess I ought to call it quits for now.
