I feel like puking...

I woke up a few hours ago, to the tune of a bad headache, growing increasingly worse, though much as I wanted to stay in bed and *sleep* it away, I forced myself to get up, and take some excedrin, and stay up, because it was at least a little bit sinus related, so sitting upright would let my sinuses drain, and hopefully help my head. Well, it hasn't helped much, and now I am sick to my stomach, from being STUPID and not having eaten anything at the time I took the Excedrin. I made a little salad but that hasn't helped. So I just ate a McVitie's chocolate digestive. I have one more in the package, but I don't know if I can stomach that. I should probably try, at the very least. I'll only get worse as the real hunger comes in from not eating much all morning.
