Condo for Sale...
8 May 2006 23:50Our friend (and former roommate) Sandy and her new husband are looking at selling their condo, which they've been in just over a year, as they plan to move to Las Vegas for their careers. So, I thought I would share what I know with you lovely people, in the event any of you are in the market, or know someone who is. Contact Sandy if you are interested.

The condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom + loft for $205k. The unit is located a few minutes away from the Mall at Millenia off of Conroy, and therefore close to I-4. This would be ideal for someone who works at or near the attractions or simply wants easy access to I-4.
Having been in the unit a few times, I will try to describe it as best I can. From the sidewalk, there is a little plastic bench which doubles as the trash bin, and that is right by a little iron gate, with a small courtyard that leads up to the front door. The door leads to a set of stairs that lead up to the main floor. On this floor, at the top of the stairs, is the kitchen off to the left, and the main family/living room is beyond that, leading to a spacious, enclosed patio, with what looks like a storage room to the right of the patio. The patio overlooks a yard of grass, and the other buildings. To the left of the family/living room are the bedrooms and bathrooms (I think one of the bathrooms has this kinda paint where you can write on the walls with chalk), and on the left side of the room, there are stairs that lead up to the loft, which is over the kitchen. Being that there is a loft, that makes the ceiling in the family/living room vaulted. There are 3 celing fans installed. The loft would make a great office, excercise room, or guest room (it currently houses remote control toys). Your basic stuff like heating and air and whatnot. Oh, there are washer/dryer hookups too.
