Sensa Meridian Fountain Pen

It retails for about $75 but most websites sell for about $60-65 plus shipping. I got it NIB from Ebay for $38 plus shipping, which was still less than $60, so I think it was a good deal. I haven't had a fountain pen in ages! I still miss the "My First Fountain Pen" pen that I got from WH Smith on my honeymoon nearly 10 years ago. I have scoured the internet for another one. That pen even came with a writing guide since it was designed for young children to learn to write. I wish I still had that too. It was cheap and light (was red plastic), but very nice for that level of pen and price. This new fountain pen feels pretty heavy and sturdy with the metal casing. I think it is going to be a good pen. I got it in good faith after seeing the Stylist Gel Pen in the store locally (none had the Meridian Fountain Pen to try). I think I am going to use this to start moving my loose recipes over to my Good Eats Kitchen Manual with it!!!

It really is beautiful. Do you dip it an inkwell or does it use cartridges?

i could never use a pen like that 'cause i would lose it quickly. i have such a tendency to lose pens that i recently bought 20 cheap ones at Walgreens for 99 ยข and tossed them into the back of my car, so that, at least for a while, i would always have a pen. If you're an activist, you always need to write down stuff at meetings, etc.
