A q-tip and a little of the leftover dye. Sometimes, if I have them, I use the little mascara testers that some stores have and brush it on. Very important not to leave it on too long. Also, wipe off with Kleenex and rinse carefully with water. Do not let it drip in your eyes...dry face well and finish with your hair. Voila!
