plunkybugI woke up WAY too early today. I guess it is ok, since I have stuff to do before my Pampered Chef Party. I have to clean up the apartment a bit, get some of the last minute groceries, and pick up the FMLA paperwork from the doctor's office. They close at 1:00 on Saturdays, so I have to do it before the party begins. Luckily they are not too far away. As for food, I made a list of stuff I need. I got some of the non perishable ingredients a week or so ago, but decided to get the dairy and egg and stuff closer to the date. We are going to make Chocolate Orange Truffle Cake. In addition, I will be serving hummus and pita chips, Parmesan and Rosemary Pinwheels, and some assorted fruit I think. It is nearly 10:00 and Maggie will be arriving around 1 or 1:15 to start the set up, so I guess I ought to go get the rest of the groceries I need and my paperwork first, and then come back to clean up a bit. I guess I should go then.
