Just got back from my doctor appointment. Yup. It's an upper respiratory/sinus infection as I had suspected. The doc gave me free meds! She gave me 3 Zithromax samples packets...take both pills in one of them today, and one a day for 4 days from the 2 remaining packs. I'll be right as rain soon! :)

Thanks! The medicine did give me quite the upset tummy though. Tomorrow, at work, I am going to wait until lunch to take it, so if taking it with food doesn't help any, I will only feel sick for part of the day. And anyhow, I took it at lunchtime today, but I ate before the appointment, and after I took the pills.
