plunkybugI have to say, this is a really unique experience here at the Apple store tonight. The music for the event is played by a guy with 2 iPods and a small mixing board...and heavy duty sound system to share the tunes! All his music is stored on the iPods...no cds or records to haul around, get damaged, lost, or stolen...and between 2,500 and 7,500 songs per iPod (depends on the model) and twice more if the songs are encoded as mp4's. Amazing! I am really enjoying this. The guy has good taste too...he played Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, John Foxx, Portishead, and some others I thought sounded familiar, but couldn't put my finger on.
