Haven't been called in years...

...but how does one dress to jury duty? I can't remember the last time I went and whether I was dressed up or casual, or somewhere in between. I have to be there at 8 am tomorrow morning, but at least I will have my bag o' goodies (ie gameboy, book, mp3 player) so long as they let me keep them. I don't see why not, as I was ok last time I think.

it's been 5 years since i last went, but i think i wore jeans and t-shirts, for the initial part, at least. after that (once i was on a jury), i might have worn nicer pants.

I have never been picked for a case (knock on wood), but I guess I will dress normally...not like a bum, but not super dressy either. :)

i've been called three times, each time i got the notice the week i was moving out of state for a case that would be occuring after the move. if i were to be called and actually have to go, i'd go comfy, but decent looking. you never know if you end up with a case that has enough attention to warrant the press being there, and these days, security photos are oftn taken at places like court houses, though i wouldn't get too dressed up either.
