Not fun waking up, stretching the legs, and getting a major cramp in the calf. No, not very fun at all. Good thing it cleared, as it was on my right calf, and I need it to drive.

pluralist_baby! We saw you and Kurt in the BFC extra footage last night. That is an excellent picture of you (and Kurt looks good too!) and I am so proud of you guys!




I warned you guys, but read on if you must.

My boobs are so sore and I am not PMSing. I wish it would stop. I know they are sore because they are changing size yet again. And I need to get new bras, yet again. I neither want nor need big boobs. I am a small girl and they should be proportionate to my my body frame..they were just fine before. This is the only bad thing that has happened since switching from the pill to the nuva ring. I had this happen when I first started the pill many years ago, but changing brands never had an effect on me that way...my weight change was the bigger factor in the size of my boobs changing. Everything else with the nuva ring has been great...little to no PMS, shorter period, feeling better in general, don't have to think about taking a pill each day. Still getting period related headaches, but hopefully they will go away once I get adjusted to the ring.

Ugh. Girl stuff over.

I posted my experience in the nuva ring community. But basically, it is 3 days solid flow with a few days spotting, rather than 5 days of varying flows, you know?
