Need to try to stay awake. It doesn't help that I have only had 3 calls in the last hour and a half, and staring at this screen is making my eyes water and hurt, so I feel like closing them.

Some people have done it in call centers before, but never seen it here before. I'd be much more comfortable lying my head down on the desk though.
