Oh darn! we have to go through the same procedure at the office. we put in the electronic request and the supervisors in and off campus have to approve it...what a pain!
Well, I work in a call center and they have to make sure they have enough people to cover the incoming calls. It can be a pain, but there is a reason it is a pain. Just a part of this kind of work.
