Hurricane Charley: The short of it.

The long comes later when I am at home and have more time to write the details. But the basics. I am typing this from my parent's house since they have power. We have officially had no power for over 24 hours now, and they say it may be 3-5 days. The Winter Park Village shopping center has power, and they are within walking distance, but not us.

Lots of down lines, trees, signs, and other debris. Other than no power, we are ok, and will get through this together.

Supposed to have no power til next Saturday. Been checking email wherever and whenever I can. Work tomorrow. At least light and air during the days. :/
