Tried to negotiated a *squall* between my apartment and my car this morning.

Tried to negotiate a parking lot long puddle that was at least as wide as I am tall, and at least ankle deep. Yeah, I failed that one.

Walked around the office in my socks today, except for on my breaks when I went outside; shoes still damp when I left work.

Had I been a little quicker in responding to light on my way home, I would've been broadsided by a guy in an SUV on his cell phone.

SUV drivers can be such arrogant shits!

They can, though I know some very cool, courteous and sweet SUV drivers. That guy had a death wish...I SWEAR! He lucked out.

It would have been much worse it was raining when I came home too. He lucked out big time. Me too.

There are enough bad drivers out there, and cell phones are making them even worse.

I'm glad you didn't get hit.

Thanks. I shudder to think what could have happened.

Antihistamines still cause the worst reaction times in drivers, but cell phones are not far behind.
