My toilet was making weird gurgling noises, and as I flushed, which I was kinda scared to do cuz of the sounds, it filled very high with bubbles that suddenly appeared in the drain section of my bathtub, and the bowl was low again, but as the tub drained, the bowl filled up to normal again. Weird. I know someone upstairs was having a bath or shower, so I wonder if there is a connection, though I wouldn't think so.

Anyhow, enough with toilets. I had another strange dream last night. I woke up with me pressing my pointer finger to my thumb on my left hand. I remember a family trip, a Greek (?) demon or something we had banished by taking a photo of it, and the reason I was holding my fingers like that is that in the dream I had divorce papers in an envelope that I was holding shut...very tiny envelope, and that if the evil creature found a new wife or or got divorced or something...I don't exactly remember at this time, the spell would be broken and he would return. I guess I was hold the papers shut so he wouldn't get them? So then we were told if he did come back, and he was wearing yellow, he was ok and good now, or something...details rapidly exiting my brain. I don't recall if Chas was in it or not, but I remember my dad was in it, and I remember seeing his face. I *know* the rest of my family was there, but I don't remember seeing them or their faces either now. There was something about me fighting in a war or something, and I remember seeing snow, magically almost, cover the ground by trucks or tractors "rolling" it over the ground. I remember running away from it, and possibly getting trapped, and I remember something about coming back to work a hero after being gone a while. I don't recall if the two sections were in the same dream, or bits of two separate dreams. I just find it odd that I woke up pressing my fingers together like that. It wouldn't be the first time something from the dream world crept into my waking world.

Curiouser and curiouser. A while back, when we renewed our lease, we were informed that not only were they (the somewhat new management) going to fill in the potholes from the rain, they were going to wait until the rain slowed enough to fill them and repave them. Hoorah! They also mentioned they were going to repaint the buildings to "beautify" and clean up the place up a bit. It has been a few months now, and we figured they weren't really going to do it since nothing had been done. Aha! But the other day last week, we came home to see the first building, the one in front of ours, painted grey. Then we noticed the next day the tiny efficiency was painted yellow and white. From what Chas tells me, they are going to paint each build in different colors. I am not sure how that is gonna work seeing as the yellow efficiency building and guard stand don't quite look right next to the grey building with yellowish cream and maroon accents. As our building is next, I am very curious to see what treatment we get, but they have not really begun anything but filling in missing sections of the red brick facade. In a strange way, I think the grey maroon, and yellowish cream goes well, but it takes some getting used to. If they lightened the yellow on the efficiencies and guard stand, it might look better. I am tempted to take before and after pictures, but who knows. I may even post them if I do. I don't know really.

I should be domestic and take care of some things today. We'll see how that goes.
