(no subject)

The phones are so messed up today. This is the second time they have totally dropped. Good for us not taking calls, but bad for the customers we were talking to (for thinkking we intentionally hung up on them), and for all the people waiting for help. At least the other call centers are taking some of the calls until we get back up. Some people are already back up, but others, like myself, have no power to my phone right now. I wonder how long the wackiness will ensue. :P

Whee!!!

I'll be on vacation by the end of the week! Lots of wonderful people to see! Oh, how excited I am! :]

Still have laundry to do so I can pack though. Blah.
