Neti Pot

Anyone on my friends list (that is local) used a neti pot before? I am thinking seriously of trying it, but have my reservations. Ok, so I am scared of pouring salted water up my nose into my sinus cavities to treat my sinus and allergy issues. I would like to see if someone could help guide me through the process so I can get used to it better. Just now I joined nasal_warfare, a relatively new community for sinus irrigation. Hoefully I will get valuable info from them to help me, but a person guiding me through would be so much better.

I wonder if anyone has beaten the EVIL level of SNOOD before. It seems like no matter how well I go, it is pure luck, but I never win and clear the board. Bugger.
