I just saw an ad on TV for Children's Pepto. Is this a sign of the continuing degradation of our diet, that they are making Pepto for kids? This is sad.

EDIT: So, I guess because I never had it as a kid, or at least I don't remember having it, I assumed it was not a kids thing, and that if kids had heartburn and indigestion, it was from their diet, which is steadily declining with the availability of fast food and other convenience foods. But I guess I am mistaken.

Well, got 2 of the 3 things accomplished today...the bridal shower, and Cameron's 7th birthday. And I even managed something I didn't plan. :/ While watching the kids playing on their bikes and skateboards, Kris and I took up to the scooters. I must have really bad equilibrium or something in my ears, because I did not have good balance at all. I tried to see if it was better if I switched feet, to use my right foot to push, thinking my right hand is dominant, and stronger, so my right foot should be too. Well, I had even worse balance issues, and collided with the curb, got thrown onto the grass (and got grass stains on my pants, one of my favorite pair), my knee met concrete, and I had a very close encounter with my head and the ground. Luckily the ground only left a jarring feeling of shock in my head that went away quickly, and there is nothing visible to see as evidence. My knee on the other hand, has a big knotty lump, of the purple gray bruise variety. I took Motrin immediately and used a ice pack. It is still lumpy and hurts when I put too much pressure on it, but I suspect I'll live another day or so. :P
