plunkybugThe "gyro in a box" came out ok last night. About as good as the food court variety except that a) the meat was thinner...in strips, and packaged much like bacon, so it wasn't as chunky and b) not enough sauce!! The only other problem was timing the heating of the pita breads with meat slices so that one would not get too cold.
Between the 2 of us, we only ate half the box, so at $9, it was a good deal. We have a whole other meal in a few days. It was fast and easy to make once I got the hang of the timing.
On break now, so gotta run.
