plunkybugSo, my timing was perfect, well, nearly. My new cell phone did in fact arrive for my birthday (as planned); it arrived on my birthday, only I had to have Chas pick it up for me today as I couldn't get over to my parent's last night when they called to say it arrived. Had they called earlier, and having been home from work, I could have gotten it sooner.
Anyhow, after struggling for many minutes, and using the spare set of covers to reverse-engineer the task at hand, I FINALLY got the cover off the back to get the new SIM card and battery in, and while I was at it I changed to the black cover and one of the other cover cut-outs. Yay me, I did it myself! The transfer of info from my old SIM is going to be a bitch, though I hear it can be done in one of the stores quite easily and efficiently too.
It is way past my bedtime, even with the new schedule, and all, so I must retire for now.
