I have a mega headache now, but I wanted to mention to those out there who care, that I finished Half Blood Prince a few days ago. Remind me not to finish reading it just before going to work again. It was not a good idea. Anyhow, I am open for discussion on HBP.

Can't think much...head hurts really really bad still. Think it is from Katrina (aka air pressure related). Can't think well under antihistamine/painkillers! :P More later though.

RAB...Regulus Black, Sirius' brother? Anyone remember his middle name? Was it ever mentioned? We know he is dead, and the note said he'd be dead by the time the fake horcrux was found.

You know I did pretty much the same thing. I stayed up until 3:30 reading because I couldn't put it down!

Dumbledore isn't dead. Just a few pages before he "died" he said to Malfoy that he could make it look to Voldemort like he had died and hide him and keep him safe. His mother too.

I think that Snape and Dumbledore had it "planned" that when the Death Eaters came that they would have Snape "kill him". And it's been said earlier in the books that if you don't MEAN the killing curse then it won't really happen. So Snape could have said the words but not meant to kill him.

Soooo....do you think that Draco will turn "good"? Or at least want to leave the Death Eaters? It didn't sound like he really ever wanted to kill someone he was just doing it to keep his family alive.

Yes, that was one of the things that the website mentioned. They also mentioned that no one ever really *saw* his body at the funeral, and that Fawkes did not come to heal him, and yet he burst into flames much like Fawkes does. All very interesting. Yes, very interesting.

As for Draco, he is a git, and I doubt he will ever be good, so to speak, but I don't think he will ever be evil enough to really be a Death Eater, at least right now.
