So, the doctor told me that my left side hurting when I move my leg in some positions is caused by inflamation in my hip, even though it is not something an xray can really show. So, in attempt to regain the mobility I had before, I need to reduce the inflamation, and to do that, he gave me a prescription for Voltaren. It seems to be helping a little so far, but the problem is that I can't take any other pain relievers except tylenol, and I have had a headache for 2 days now, that tylenol won't do jack shit for. And my stomach has been off since I started taking it, and I *have* been taking it with food too, to lessen the effects on my tummy. I am going crazy...I have to do something to get rid of this headache and queesiness. Without dying from an overdose of sorts. Blah.

Well, I gotta go now since stupid me agreed to do a shift swap with someone at work, so I work today for him, but get a 3 day weekend next weekend so it is not so bad then...but now I really want to bury my head under my pillow and die sleep.

i don't know very much about it, but i've heard and read in a few places that beta-glucan (which i believe is derived from mushrooms) can help with inflammation. again, i don't know too much about it, but you might want to look into it.

Yeah, I am looking at an allergy formula (http://www.mothernature.com/shop/detail.cfm/sku/40548/S/426022) that has ingredients that are supposed to be anti-inflamatory as well, but I will check the mushrooms too, as I think the are also good for immunity, which could help the allergies. Wow, that's one fucking long run on sentence. :P

I know how hard it is to heal something you cannot properly identify. I hope you feel better soon.

Well, the good thing is that it is helping, but I don't know if I can finish the supply (30 day). I am looking into an allergy formula that has turmeric and nettles which my do double duty on the inflamation front, and keep the inflamation at bay.

Thanks. I took some medicine at work in the first aid kit...was a sinus formula with tylenol, and that, plus the pu-erh tea (read: caffeine) helped a bit. :)
