I can't believe Emma is bulemic! Ok, well, maybe I can understand the bulemia as an extension of her sort of obsessiveness to perfection, but I thought she'd be smarter than that. God, I wish I had a body like hers, and for her to think that she is gross just disturbs me. Granted, I have had some body image concerns as many women do, but never ever to the point where I would want to make myself throw up...throwing up is probably the most repulsive and disgusting thing the body can do. I mean, if you are sick and need to do it to get better, well, you aren't in control of that function...the body just does it. Inducing vomitting for the sake of weght loss indicates a serious problem, a sickness, and one that alot of women go through. I mean, I guess I can say that I am glad that they are tackling this topic in the show, because I hear that eating disorders are on the rise again...but did it have to be my Emma? Can I wait til Friday to see the second part of the storyline?

what the hell happened to the emma of the first 3 seasons or so? hippieish, feminist, not caring what other people think..

then all of a sudden she's miss blowjob and secret boyfriends and body obsessed? weird. she's even more annoying this way.

I absolutely agree. And the Emma of the first few seasons is why I said she is smarter than that. Maybe Manny is influencing her too much?? I am actually liking Paige and Alex *more* than Emma and Manny at the moment, though Manny has bugged me for a while now.
