Last night's test on Flickr seemed positive, so I am going to be posting a bit more photos now.

These are the tarts I made for Chas' 42nd birthday party. The two varieties are: Carmelized Red Onion with Goat Cheese (on top) and Tomato, Thyme, and Parmesan (on the bottom). I also made phyllo cough cups with the carmelized red onion mixture and goat cheese.

Date: 4 Jul 2006 21:25 (UTC)The tomato ones were better anyway, as I had a more solid recipe to work with, even if I *did* modify it a teensy bit. The other ones were sorta improv, but everyone seemed to like them too.

Date: 4 Jul 2006 23:02 (UTC)44??? Woah, now you're really doing a number on me though. If you'd said you were having a Hitchkiker's party 42 and all that but he was turning 35 and THIS was your response, I would be all, OKAY, WHEW... now I understand... but 44????
NO, you never told me he was TWELVE freakin' years apart! ;-) Wow!
Yeah, tell him I thought he was that young! He looks it! :-D Obviously!
Since that's what I thought. It's my GIFT to him! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAS!
I'm sure they DID like all of them. After all, YOU made them. :-)
