ESG/EST interview was yesterday. Don't know how it went, other than we all laughed a bit, but that is how the 2 guys interviewing me are. So, that was nice at least. I was still nervous. We'll see by Monday at the latest. It would be a good thing for learning and doing something different, but the schedule would suck since I wouldn't have weekends off, and the days would be split. But is it worth it? Either way, I win. :)

Sounds like an interesting dilemma, but you're right about winning either way.

Yeah, it would be a promotion with a raise, but is it worth the sucky schedule? And I don't know how long I would have said sucky schedule. But thinking positively will be good.
