So, if someone likes (and sometimes wears) patchouli, often wears Birks, and uses reusable menstrual products (cloth pads, etc), does that make them a hippie, even if they don't dress like the stereotyped hippie?

i don't think so....i think it's all in your attitude....it's not the way you dress.

i've had some people look at me with that deer in the headlights look when i tell them about my political or religious beliefs because they think i'm conservative..hahah what.the.fuck??

gotta love stereotypes....

You? Conservative? Ha ha ha! I know your political views; not sure of the religious ones.

I get the innocent and cute thing a lot, so when I say a curse word around some people, it catches them off guard. They say, "Oh my god, Heather!" because they can't believe I said a bad word. :P

Yes, from Obsidian Star ([livejournal.com profile] purple_obsidian). She has this line, but is introducing Pagan Pads, pads with a more pagan theme. Will talk more on IM about them though.

I am secular humanist, which is really no religion at all, in the practicing sense, but is still a set of beliefs. I do admire the pagan/wiccan perspective though.
