14K Gold White Topaz Milgrain Ring

I like it in part by it's simplicity, but elegance...the milgrain and swirl on the sides is a nice touch. Also, it is similar to diamond being clear, but has none of the conflict that diamonds have, to my knowledge (and yes there are conflict-free diamonds out there, but white topaz is a little different and unique). Additionally, it does not cost 2 months salary, or whatever that bs is about diamond rings.

Oh yeah, one reason I like the sapphire ring I have is that it has a fairly low profile. High rings make me cringe, like how is this going to get damaged or break.

And no, I have not seen the film, but I am aware of it.

Flatter settings much better, yes. And knowing me, I will knock it off. I'm too active.

That is how I feel. I tried a few aquamarines in JC Penny on Saturday, when I was getting myself some new sunglasses...I liked the emerald cut one I saw, but it was a high setting, and there was a rounder one, though with more diamonds on the sides that made it look a little messy, but it was more fluch to my finger and I did like that aspect. If only I could have combined them. :P
