In just under an hour, I will be at The Enzian for a viewing of John Waters' Polyester in glorious ODORAMA!!!!

I have a beef stew in the oven. I cooked it for a few hours last night on a really low heat, and put it in again tonight. I will take it out and let it cool off while we at the movie, and then we'll put it away for the night and have it tomorrow night. By the time it reheats tomorrow night, the meat will have to be so tender, it will just melt in our mouths. My only regret is I did not get the organic free-range meats and veggies this time. Oh well, I am sure it will be fine. The free-range chicken I cooked (Asian style to go with the Thai sesame noodles) came out well the other night. Very juicy and tender, and slightly ethically calming. It costs more, but I think it is worth it in the end. Makes me feel better anyways. Well, babble fest will come to a close as I have to get ready to go to the theater. I think we are eating there tonight.

Anyone not familiar with this cult classic, go to imdb.com and search it yourself. I am too lazy to post a link to it. Sorry. Maybe I will edit this entry and add it later, then maybe not.
