Lately, a few of my posts have been a little more revealing in to what some of my beliefs are, and where I stand with them. With my recent Bush/Cheney bumper sticker post, it is quite clear that I am not in favor of our current president. In fact, in a comment to someone's post recently, I remarked the following, in response to an article he had posted the link to:

Reading articles like this makes me want to vomit. I swear, if dipshit gets elected again, we are going to do everything we can to leave the country. This president is like the drunk guy at a party (ha ha ha...not such a fantasy with him), making a fool of himself, and embarrassing everyone who knows him. Please believe me when I say this, not everyone here (in the US) is as narrow/closed-minded as Dubya is. To quote presidential candidate, Dick Gephart, from a recent televised debate, "This president is a miserable failure."

There is no doubt in my mind (or anyone who knows me) that I am anti-Bush/Cheney/Ashcroft. Especially after that comment. The comment was in agreement to the poster of what had been said in the article. I am not the perfect political expert, but I am learning, and really trying to make sense of it all. So naturally, there is no way in hell I'll be voting for the guy who thinks he will win because he has "incumbentory advantitude."

So the point of all this rambling is to mention who I am interested in voting for next year. There is the theory of ABBA (anybody but Bush again), but of the Democrat candidates a few have captured my interest. One of the candidates is Howard Dean, who has an amazing grassroots campaign and a lot of followers this early in the game. I encourage all of you who may feel discouraged with the way the government is handling things, to take a look at what he has to offer.

That is all for now. Politcal rant is over.

I don't like Republican politicians. As a matter of fact, I don't like politicians in general. However, the fact that Bush is a Rupublican makes him even worse in my eyes, besides from the bullshit job he is doing as president.
Him and Jeb Bush both need to get the fuck out of politics all together.

Republican Politics = Evil

Which is really f-ed up... I have many friends who are actually Republicans (dad is one of 'em). As long as we don't get into the politics realm things go smoothly. I remember in high school a Repub friend of mine asked incredulously why I don't like the Republican party. I replied: "Since we don't have all day for me to outline the plethora of reasons why I don't like them, I'll share my #1 reason: THEY ARE PRO-LIFE!" She says "So join the Republican party and try to change that! You DO know that there are groups of pro-choice Repubs, right?" and I'm thinking "OOOO Yeah! Let me single handedly change the entire Repub party! And then stab my beliefs in the back by allying with a group who stands against one of the primary things I believe in! What FUN!" (sighhh)
