I got my bi-annual performance evaluation today (aka raise) and it was higher than I had been expecting, since the last 3 or 4 raises kept getting lower and lower, despite my unchanging good performance. I mean, it is still a pathetic raise if you figure in the increase in the cost of living and stuff, but in comparison to the last few, it is definitely good, so I am happy about that. And it is retroactive back to 26 October (since the reviews were supposed to be done by then), so I will have a bit of a boost on my check tomorrow, which will be good. Hooray for me! :)

Maybe. It is not a huge amount, and it depends on how much the retroactive pay adds up to. Depends on when you get your pretty butt over here too. :)
