It's that time again.

I need to figure out what to do for dinner, with the ingredients I already have. I don't have a lot of options, nor a lot of money to shop with. Not at least until I find out how much Chas has left after his trip. Oh how I have missed him so! He comes home tomorrow night...yippeee! I am so excited!!! :)

I'd also like to welcome markjrubin (my baby brother ;p) to lj, along with many others who I meant to welcome as I added them. Too many to remember which exact ones are new or new-ish. So, hi to all if I have not welcomed you yet.

Gotta get back to thinking of dinner. I am thinking spaetzle with bratwurst. Not very exiting, but ought to yeild enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Eh. I am going now.

Oh, and for some reason, every time the phone by this desk rings, I have just been getting freaked out about it tonight. I dunno why.

How can ANYTHING as phallic as bratwurst NOT be exciting? Now, if it's "exiting" you're talking about, I might agree with you. Meat of any kind, especially bratwurst, tends to "exit" out of me rather quickly...

Well, it was more tasty than the spaetzle, which was kinda dry. Shoulda put butter on it, but me thought the salty meat juices would make up for it. Was wrong.
