Oh god I'm craving Cuban food right now. Black beans, Spanish rice, chourizo, and plantains to name a few things. Oh, and Materva (mate beer). Maybe this weekend?

Yeah! I love the ones that are close to burnt, because the sugars in the plaintains carmelize and get so sweet and crunchy!
