I haven't taken either in a while. I think I am going to have to get some stuff once I have money again. Hopefully sooner than later though, as I am uber stuffy, sneezy, and miserable right now. I think my allergies are in bloom. I just used my Rhino Horn neti pot tonight...I should use it daily, but I don't, partly because I am not sure I am doing it right (and possibly making things worse), and partly because I am too lazy.
