morgaine_nicely (and anyone else who has issues/concerns with the boom of the Atkins Diet/Lifestyle).
So here is my low carb diet thought of the day: If carbohydrates are so bad, and are the culprit to what is making Americans so fat, and causing various health issues, why does it not seem to affect Asian populations whose diets are plentiful in rice and noodles?

Date: 26 Jan 2004 19:52 (UTC)The Atkins diet isn't healthy in the slightest, but it works and no one's going to listen otherwise. More to the point, it works be adapting your diet for your lifestyle - thus, someone with an active lifestyle should never, ever go on the Atkins diet.
Anymore thoughts? Or do you limit yourself to just one a day? :-P
